In this class, we will learn how to control our bodies. Why?
Everyone wants to be an Eagle, but few people can actually do it. Can you run for ten minutes straight without a break to catch your breath or call an ambulance? We are all in various stages of atrophy. How can we become true Eagles (or survive SHTF) when we can't run, chase, forage, work? We will get in shape. We will get ready for those hard times that life throws. And for Rookie Eagle training! Everyone who graduates from The Runners has a guaranteed slot in the first Rookie Eagles!
By the time you finish this class, you will:
This entire class will be done without spending anything. Anyone can afford it. We will use normal methods of work that our ancestors used, mostly unknowingly, to maintain a healthy weight and activity level. Here is an example of the average day for an American 150 years ago, when obesity wasn't an issue:
Now, you might say that we still do all of that, but it's not really true, is it? When we want breakfast, the stove already works and the milk is already in the fridge. We don't have livestock to handle (most people). We don't need to prep the next meal unless there's a holiday coming, because our food can now be fully prepared in an hour or two. A shorter explanation would be: In exchange for not having to get up and change that channel manually, we sold our physical health. The Runners have chosen to take it back.
So how will this work?
Briefly, we will have four sessions a week, each for one hour. *Every Runner will be required to attend at least one of these sessions live online. All homework will be required on time. Runners will be required to send in images and homework as proof of participation in the other sessions. *All apps needed for this will be free.
How much time will it take?
This class will last one year.
How many people can do this?
I am only working with 20 Runners for each class. More than that makes it hard to keep things straight.
Will there be contests or prizes?
Eagles like to compete, but people don't like to be embarrassed. When walking a line like that, I prefer to stay on the safe side. Let's just do this because it will help us and so we can say we are the first Runners in the Eagles, okay? Those are good enough reasons, in my opinion.
What equipment or gear will I need?
An internet connection.
A way to take photos.
You and your will power.
Can I quit?
Yes. Whenever you want.
If I quit, can I do it again?
Yes, but you will have to go on the waiting list that exists at that time,
Can I be removed?
You will be if you don't do the requirements. Your slot will go to someone on the waiting list.
Is this class based on LAW methods?
Some are and some aren't. It's mostly common sense, mixed with the support of other people who are also trying to get in shape.
By joining this class, you understand that I make no promises. If you want to succeed in this class, you will. If you don't, you won't. I will not be held responsible. I also must tell you that I am not a doctor and have no license to do this. It is simply the plan I am following. I'm offering to include people in that routine, under certain conditions. Those are as follows:
You can't blame me, sue me, or hate me if this doesn't work for you. Don't get mad and tag my work negatively because of it.
You cannot have access to another member's personal information. Everyone has their own password and even I do not have access to them.
You promise to give your full effort and to support the other Runners who find this as hard as you do.

- Rise and get the fires lit
- Heat water and start the first meal of the day
- Get livestock fed, watered, moved, medicated, tended
- Eat and clean up the kitchen. Start prepping the lunch meal.
- Work in the field or home as soon as the sun is up. Stop around noon.
- Prepare the lunch meal. Prep for the evening meal.
- Get back to the fields or home work. Stop when the sun goes down.
- Prepare the evening meal and eat.
- Finish any remaining chores.
- Clean up and start prepping for the morning meal.
- Put kids and animals to bed.
- Do your duty by your spouse. (At that point, I assume this means we sleep. I'm tired just typing that list!)
- Sleep, in order to get up and do it all over again.
